Tulsa quarterback G.J. Kinne not only will have a new offensive coordinator this fall, but a new quarterbacks coach.

Press Taylor, a former quarterback at Marshall and a Norman native, is expected to assume the position as Tulsa’s quarterbacks coach, a source close to the program said on Monday. Taylor won't be a full-time assistant coach, but a graduate assistant.

Taylor will take over for James Kilian, who also was going to be a GA/quarterbacks coach on the staff. Kilian left over the weekend to take a GA position at LSU. The Tigers’ offensive coordinator is Steve Kragthorpe, Kilian’s college coach at TU.
